Aftern an oversulfured weinland amphora Riesling/they must have used some eggs to preserve the wine. This was savior but at a steep cost to the overall bill in Denmark. Sharo clean precise. Like a dagger 2022. Well executed. Lemon, hint key lime, limestone, unfortunately the wineglass was not heated properly and had this wet dog smell. It separates the michelins from the rest @ Faerdecafé.
