Romain and Damien Bouchard founded their winemaking estate only in 2016, yet they are the fourth generation of their clan to toil the classic and chalky, Kimmeridgian soils of Chablis. Estate vines are found in the far west of this premier cru plot, at the top of the ridge; higher-altitude, more cooling winds, tons of citrus and stony expression.
