Pure Cinsault, one of the south’s signature grapes, yet one that is increasingly rare as growers tear out older vines in favor of “international” grape varieties. Ancient vines and pure, spicy flavor. Aromas of raspberries, pomegranate, wild herbs. Medium-bodied, delicate; flavors remind of ripe Pinot Noir.
