A bright and lacy Crémant d’Alsace that’s certainly a step above most of the sparkling wines one finds in this sunny corner of Alsace! ‘Celebration’ is pure Pinot Blanc with no added dosage, aged for two years on fine lees before disgorgement (that’s a full year more time on lees than most Crémant wines). Fruity and lively, with fine bubbles and a wonderful finish, this bottle will find you looking for celebrations just so you can pop another cork!

F’ me this is great! Biodynamic too. Like a vintage champs, maybe more interesting from diff varieties. Heard from north Berkeley it’s Pinot Blanc. Why there is not more PB sparkling, I have no idea. Love.
