“Nzemi,” the Sicilian way of saying insieme (together), is a collaboration between Nino Caravaglio and his longtime friend and fellow grape-grower, Paolo Ferretti. Sourced from Ferretti’s tiny heirloom vineyard in the village of Malfa, this is a richly textured expression of Salina Malvasia, with hints of rising bread dough complementing the deep orange blossom notes of the fruit and the smoky, stony soil character.
