An organic, single-vineyard selection. ‘Tricoli’ is shaped like a triangle and stretches up the steep slope of an ancient volcano in the Malfa district of Salina (the highest quality vine-growing area). Bone dry, this refreshing Malvasia offers flavors of white peaches, lemon zest, and sea salt – ideal with fresh shellfish or white meat (although a vegetarian Sicilian caponata has to be our favorite pairing!)
