A semi-dry, Bitter White Vermouth on a base of Chardonnay wine, grown and vinified in Piedmont. Separate macerations of botanicals in grain neutral spirit and water, and in wine. Aging in steel tanks followed by light filtration and bottling. Some natural sedimentation is common across varieties. Essential ingredients include wormwood (three types); sweet & bitter orange; mate; cascarilla; gentian; cinchona; cinnamon. ABV 18%
