A semi-dry Vermouth on a base of skin-contact “orange” wine produced from Rkatsiteli grapes in the Republic of Georgia. Separate macerations of botanicals in grain neutral spirit and water, and in wine. Aging in steel tanks followed by light filtration and bottling. Some natural sedimentation is common across varieties. Essential ingredients include wormwood (artemisia vallesiaca; artemisia pontica); sweet orange; lavender; clove; cinnamon; savory; rosemary; sage; macis. ABV 18%
