Pop and pour, loads of spritz to start and pure lime. After 2 hrs: lime, lime oil; so bright but with loads of wet stone. On the palate: excellent acidity, more wet stone, soft yeast, loads of lime peel, perhaps a touch thin and wispy, and short on the finish, but very fresh. I preferred prior vintages of this much more.

Stram och supersyrlig riesling, tråkig och sur till pokébowl med frukt och chili. Revanschen kom till pasta limone e burro. Klockrent till citronsmaken. Då visar den citrus, grönt äpple och krusig angenäm syra.
