Granny Smith, white flowers, lemon, a bit of crushed rock too. A very dry palate with a very strong acid backbone and a phenomenal grip almost like tannins. No idea what we were drinking but it really worked with the spicy cod and still@swimming scallops thanks to the somm dry with minerality to spare and unique fruit acid balance
