Disgorged 11/16/17. @Ron R I was feeling your vibe. This was a zestful bottle with wonderful flavors and scents of apple, pear and red fruit. Is it possible to be youthfully mature? Was a wonderful accompaniment to lemon and date chicken. Successfully demonstrated the versatility of champagne.

Last note covers it! Golden yellow and lovely tiny bubbles. Layered nose with notes of brioche, chalk, citrus, green apples, creamy and a touch floral. Moderate acidity (6.5/10) and medium to medium plus bodied. Rich palate with creamy elements of lemon curd, and yeast. A touch sweet as well. Looking forward to trying this with a few more years in the bottle. Long and lingering finish. Drink 2026.

Love it. Wish I could both drink more and get more. Not much to say. can’t get enough of this stuff. Don’t have the self control to hold on to it.

Creamy and beautiful but lacks chalk for me. Lots of cream soda.
