Much darker fruit here than the Platieres.andnbsp;You certainly feel more density in the palate and more pronounced tannins. Despite the additional weight, this wine is not clunky or dusty, but rather assertive in a balanced way and lifted again by that lovely salty acidity. Based on the density of fruit and the ample structure, I believe this wine has a long life ahead of it in the cellar. Drink 2018 through 2028+
