A restrained nose but you can sense there is something there that wants to leap from the glass and attack you. The first sip was enamel removing. Like sucking on a lemon. With air it opens on both the nose and the palate . Tons of stone and citrus that occasionally allow some tart apple and ripe pear to sneak in. Patience will provide a large dividend.
