Stolpman Vineyards Combe Pet' Nat Ballard Canyon Trousseau 2018
Combe is aandnbsp;collaboration between Rajat Parr and Pete Stolpman. The Trousseau was planted on a limestone based parcel within Stolpmanandnbsp;Vineyards. It does see disgorgement andandnbsp;refilling prior to bottling. The fine bubbles and delicate fruit are nicely entwined. A playful, delicious addition to the sparkling wine field.
