At first open, super wild fruits between blueberry and cherry. Strange tartness and range of flavors. Almost disjointed. Wife says it needs airtime. She’s right With some glass and bottle airtime - maybe 1-1.5 hours - wildness calms down and the wine shows more finesse. It pairs well with steak and holds up but barely. You get the sense this was a riper year. Overall - a great wine for the 4 year olds birthday

We had the 2014 Vintage on 7/24/20. Just a terrific wine with tastes of plum, blackberry, licorice and a touch of oak. Later on, the bouquet acquired some cigar box scent. Full bodied wine; fruit forward, well balanced. Delicious

Happy Easter!! This was amazing with Ribeye steaks, grilled cauliflower and roasted potatoes! The wine had hints of Cola, dark berries, plum and mocha.. the lingering finish was epic!
