Mix of old vine Mencia, Bastardo (also aka Trousseau) and Alicante Bouschet (aka Garnacha Tintorea). Vines planted 1900-1940. 80% whole cluster in large oak vats. Aged in mix of vessels- foudre, cement and barrique. Bottle unfined/unfiltered.
