The Pouillons call Aandyuml;, in the Valandeacute;e de la Marne, home. Though the area is most famous for Pinot Noir, Pouillon's wines make use of some special plots of Chardonnay as well. The Valnons cuvandeacute;e is actually 100% Chardonnay, a rarity for the area. The wine shows tension and elegance from the cooler site and the purity of the finest Blanc de Blancs.
