Approximately one quarter of the wine is fermented in barrel, which helps to soften the edges. The wine is stunning andndash; should you possess the patience to let it open. This is a wine that will reward patience, due to the vintage and the situation of the vines. When it unravels, expect both citrus and tropical fruits, as the tension and acidity mellow yet keep the mouthwatering refreshing quality.andnbsp;
