NYE 2020 (Sydney) so wine is commencing it’s 40th year Double decanted as very tight and left 2 hours and it gradually opened at 3 hours it was really showing it’s straps. Deep ruby crimson in colour nose of smoky and spicy aromas Palate shows some cedar toasty flavours .The palate has vanilla, chocolate and smoky flavours that are balanced with silky tannins and great structure and length Great wine At 5 hours it’s magical and worth the wait and perfect at midmight
