Nicolas Mariotti Bindiandnbsp;left Corsica to pursue a career in law, but found his way back to Patrimonio to make his living in the vines. He currently serves as the vineyard manager at Domaine Leccia and makes wines under his own label on the side from 5ha of rented vines that he tends in biodynamics. His Blanc Mursaglia is a lively, spicy bottle that is as balanced as it is refreshing.

Bruised yellow apples, camomille, herbs, mellow acidity, voluptuous body even at 12.2% ABV. Slight resinous aromas, oxidative edge.

Juicy, green almond, nice freshness. Medium acidity. Not oxidative but has a sort of wild finish

Vermintinu from Corsica. Decent minerality. Modest acidity. Apples, Camomile and a touch of stone fruit on the nose. Honey on the finish. Enjoyed with a selection of oysters and crudo (fluke, razor clams and scallops) at Charlie Bird.
