Bruised yellow apples, camomille, herbs, mellow acidity, voluptuous body even at 12.2% ABV. Slight resinous aromas, oxidative edge.

Juicy, green almond, nice freshness. Medium acidity. Not oxidative but has a sort of wild finish

Vermintinu from Corsica. Decent minerality. Modest acidity. Apples, Camomile and a touch of stone fruit on the nose. Honey on the finish. Enjoyed with a selection of oysters and crudo (fluke, razor clams and scallops) at Charlie Bird.
