Coenobium's big sister. It is the same a blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia Verdicchio and Grechetto but the juice is left to ferment on the skins for 2+ weeks, extracting deep color. Given the time on the skins, the tannins are very well integrated and not drying. Richly textured with apricot and wild herb notes, but with enough verve to keep it friendly and appealing to all wine lovers, not just orange wine fans.andnbsp;andnbsp;

Opens with orange peel and white pepper, cider, tea, all sorts of florals. Oxidative, tart and perfumed. Perfect trifecta in this beautiful amber wine. Day two it is more prominently mineral, more lemon-focused citrus, and showing an aroma of brown bread. Really quite wonderful.

Trebbiano, Malvasia, Verdicchio, Grechetto. On lees for more than two weeks. Amber color, pronounced minerality, brine, dried apricot, honey, candied lime, bright tropical fruits, white pepper, earl grey tea, and acacia. Bone dry, med+ acid to balance the phenolic bitterness.

Unique and multilayered. Concentrated stonefruit notes + medicinal herbs + dried green and black tea leaves + hints of tropical fruit on the finish. Prominent minerality.
