Very toasty, nutty, needed some time to open up. Really opened up after hour two. Butter, cream, good acid, citrus and a little mineral in there. Beautiful.

Another 4th Friday for the books! Insane pulls this month to follow up the most epic month (April) that we’ve ever had! Butterscotch, sopapilla seasoning, toasted pita on the nose. Palate reminded me a bit of a Ritchie chard! Nuttiness to it. Honeyed but not tart or sugar driven. Simply delicious.

Unspeakable. The wine looked oxidized but when I tasted I lost my voice. Cream, custard, all the way through lemon-lime to stone fruits, tropical fruits . The oak influence extremely low aloud me to get clean flavors that shown the qualities of the wine maker and the wine's terroir. Finish long stayed for minutes.

Still kicking. I just wish the oak toned down a bit. Great fruit and well made. Dail back that oak and it would be fantastic.

Great bottle. Color holding strong after 10 years, if a bit golden. So many layers. Still fresh and vibrant on the palate. 07 chards maybe better than the Pinots right now.

Prominent oak. A rich, ripe, blowsey palate stuffed with flowers, honey, some spice. Broad and intense- certainly not subtle. A touch of alcoholic afterburn. As the wine sits in glass the oak is getting increasingly intrusive for me
