Limited Addition Wines Field Blend Cabernet Franc 2019

Limited Addition is a new project from Chad and Bree Stock dedicated to the free exploration of the diversity of the Oregon wine scene. andnbsp;These are all small production wines that are made with minimal intervention from off the beaten path varieties. The 2019 Cabernet Franc field blend is a blend of 3 different clones of Cab Franc drawn from a north facing parcel in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA of Oregon. The wine is a juicy and particularly vibrant style of Cabernet Franc made with a short whole-cluster fermentation that showcases succulent fruit on a lifted frame. Black Raspberries, violets, pungent spices leap out of the glass with justandnbsp;a hint of earth, while the palate sports mouth watering acidity and fine, restrained tannins. andnbsp;Perfect with a slight chill (30 minutes in the fridge does nicely) this is a great bottle for summer barbeques both with food and served as an aperitif.
