J.L. Vergnon Resonance Millesime Blanc de Blancs Champagne 2009

Didier Vergnon and his son Clement are 4th and 5th generation to be at the helm of this small 5ha estate in Mesnil-Sur-Oger. This is 100% Chardonnay,andnbsp;fermented and aged in stainless steel and aged on the lees for 84 months. The fruit is largely sourced from the Chetillons vineyard, one of the top sites in the famous village of Le Mesnil. A wine defined breadth and depth and a long, piercing finish. A classic expression from a special area that is drinking perfectly right now.
