Yeasty on the nose, champagne like; on the palate, candied fruits, white florals, oaky, very rich, luscious, long finish.

Stood upright for a week so the particles would settle in the bottom. I decanted so I could get a clear glass and could see the puff of sulfur and all the bubbles or effervescence in the decanter. Very yeasty for the first 30 minutes and took longer than that for it to lose the effervescence. Not sure if any of this helped or hindered the results

A top cuvee for sure. Everything you want out of a big bold rich Jura white.

Fantastic chardonnay. Ample aromatics, some exotic fruits, great tension. Slow-ox for 24 hours and this gained complexity. Perfect pairing on white asparagus with truffle.
