Amber beauty. Orange blossom and orange marmalade, crushed apricot pits, rose petals, Sauternes, caramel and faint cocoa... sweetly perfumed but bone dry, tannic with a rich mouthcoating texture. Keeps changing with air.

Italian orange wine! Unusual, interesting, and delicious. Savory and not not sweet but acid-forward and nice drying tannins. Citrus, dried apricot, caramel, savory ginger, nutmeg, baking spice but not like a pumpkin pie. Definitely serve chilled. From Flatiron Wine.
