Sipping Fine Wine
Pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits, white blossom and bright mineral scents. On the palate, it strikes a balance between richness and elegance, with a lush texture and abundant flavors of apple, pear and lemon/lime citrus, silky, long finish ending with fruit, floral and mineral character. Very nice will age well.

Found myself underwhelmed by this. Clearly a well made wine with beautifully integrated oak. The fruit, while ripe, showed nice elegance and restraint but the acidity seemed somewhat lacking, leading to a short and simple finish. Just didn’t wow me in the way other tasters have described, especially for the price. Will try again in due time, maybe an off day for my palate or the wine.

An ambrosia of honeysuckle, jasmine, lilies, orange blossom, lemon oil and merengue Begins buttery, rich, and oily yet mango and guava evolve through to an electric finish combining salinity with pineapple and lime acidity
