The Rinaldi's Brunate is a classic example of this famous site, although its quiet power, intensity and muscle are nicely balanced by the wine's noticeable freshness. The nose is defined by cherries and dark red fruits and on the palate the wine shows considerable, if laudably fine, tannins coupled with lifting acidity. It's impressive to taste this now but this wine is primed to reveal so much more in the coming years.andnbsp;

2013 for the brunate vineyard is a magical thing. Huge aromatics and open at the moment but showing some big potential also

2020 spring. This had everything you’d want in a traditional Barolo, and lots of it. Wines in this style seem to be more approachable than ever young, too

My second Francesco Rinaldi, first was Cannubi, but this pure La Morra is great and delicious at the moment, in the past young Barolo was untouchable, but now, you can drink them early and they are a thrill, but needs time maybe 10 years.

Beautiful aromatics - florals upfront with animal notes in the background. The palate is fruit, minerals, and florals. Tannins are fine, acidity is in check. Tremendous wine.
