Pale salmon color. Honeysuckle, apricot, strawberry, & wet stone. Top 2 rosés in the game.

Undoubtedly my favorite rosé. Classic Bandol freshness. Traditional blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Cinsault. Ripe melon and peach candy on the nose. The melon and juicy peach flavors carry on the palate and are mixed with guava, sea salt, wet stones, and crisp minerality. This is actually a bit of a baby, will continue to develop nicely over the next few years.

So pretty. Candied orange rind, strawberry, herbs de Provence, salmon color and great acid. We revisited for another glass, Yum!

Even on a Rose I enjoy some age. Still vibrant just not a screaming baby.
