Famous for their legendary Candocirc;te-Randocirc;ties, Domaine Jamet is a benchmark, uber-traditional producer with enviable vineyard holdings in the Northern Rhandocirc;ne's most prized terroirs. This andldquo;entryandrdquo; level Syrah from their range shows effusive, juicy dark fruits and a sanguine, mineral core of quiet power and persistence. The fruit is sourced from three different vineyards in the Northern Rhandocirc;ne valley in France: 1) andldquo;youngandrdquo;-vines in Candocirc;te Randocirc;tie, 2) mica schist terroir on a plateau next to the domaine and outside of the Candocirc;te Randocirc;tie appellation, 3) plateau above Condrieu.
