Nose has yellow apple slice, lychee slice, washed lime, dry chalk and orange blossom. Palate has warmed sweet green apple, lime peel, lime slice, crisp salinity, steely notes with medium level acidity. A short but fun finish, a solid wine for enjoyment; Purity of the appellation. I am in agreement with some professional critics, the vintage of this Village wine appears a little softer than other years. This will be an earlier drinker, but would be rewarded with a brief hold of 1-2 years, 2022-23. ~$20

Excellent! Very refined and subtle Sauvignon Blanc. Clear-yellow color. Green apple, tropical and grassy, but not as pronounced as one from New Zealand.

Yum! Honey dew and melon on the nose, brisk, lemony, and acidic on the pallets with a really nice salinity and minerality to finish. Lovey complex Loire sauv blanc.

Light straw color & light bouquet. A light bodied wine with hints of green apple, pear and grapefruit too. Smoother after 15 mins of air- a bit acidic with a citrus finish. Pretty good for a Sauvignon Blanc. This week’s wine for the Infatuation’s How to Drink Wine Zoom class.
