Domaine Hauvette Jaspe Alpilles Roussanne 2012

This wine is a gorgeous example of 100%andnbsp;Rousanneandnbsp;grown on clay and limestone soils. It is pressed with whole clusters and is aged in a combination of cement eggs and stainless steel. Itand#39;s honeyed and spicy on the nose and shows nice roundness and flesh on the palate but finishes withandnbsp;fantastic texture, lift and minerality.
