Not a bad way to start the night. Extremely floral, loads of violets, crushed limestone and some damp earth on the nose. Very delineated palate. Clean and bright layers. Loads of minerality. With air, it becomes pure raspberry velvet. Such an infant. Put this in your cellar and hide it!!! This is proof positive why I am so in love with Burgundy.
