Bruno Bienaimandeacute; of Domaine Bienaimandeacute; got his start working for the legendary Champagne producer Vincent Laval. This wasn't a shortandnbsp;stage. Bruno spent a full decade learning from one of the most precise and dedicated vignerons in Champagne (or all of France for that matter). With his own project in the Jura, Bruno hit the ground running in the 2017 vintage crafting Savignin that really caught our attention; The 2018 release of Chardonnay is equally stunning.andnbsp; This is ripe, oullie (topped up) Jura Chardonnay with quite a bit of power, balanced by impeccable freshness and unmarred by flavors of toasted oak. Boisterous golden orchard fruit gives way to white florals and citrusy acidity with a pervading sense of salty minerality straight through to the finish. This is sure to be a hallmark property in the Jura as the wines become more broadly known in the coming years.andnbsp; Don't miss it!
