A lithe, silky and irresistibly pretty Pinot Noir from one of our favorite Burgundy traditionalists. The fruit for this wine comes from a single plot in Volnay and several vineyards throughout Puligny-Montrachet. People tend to drink their Bourgogne quite early these days so it's a treat to be able to offer a wine like this when it's in its prime drinking window.

Shockingly good for a village wine.

Delicious, complex, concentrated, and unique for the category. It feels like quite a bit of different terroir in here, no focus on refinement but rather showing all the cards in the montille palette. This is quite an art piece and very unique unto itself. I would not treat this like a Bourgogne but something of Bourgogne character without a definition. Expect the price point to reflect its artistic quality and non-Bourgogne-ness too. And also expect it to be worth it.
