Vintage 2014 - when each wine would give as much pleasure as this wine... the world would be a better place! Tremendous joy to drink this red Loire wine out of the fridge on a summer evening. Vin de pays does not mean simple, it has got a beautiful fruit expression, a smooth taste and even real finesse. Red from Muscadet area, so also quite curious.

Vintage 2014 - 50% cabernet franc, also cab sauvignon, cot and merlot. A great effort: making a very nice red wine in Muscadet country! The wine got 8 months barriques, bio wine with certificate. Smells if you are climbing in a cherries tree while the fruit is ripe And you are harvesting them. Berries also, very vivid, great balance, drinks like lemonade (positive).

Cab franc blend from our favourite muscadet producer? Uh, sure! Decidedly green and acidic, cuts through the fat of rillettes du porc, lovely nose of cherry/blueberries, tannins present. Perfect for your pique-nique basket.
