This concrete fermented cuvee is a classic blend of 75% Grenache 20% Syrah and 5% Carignan, sourced from seperate terroirs- ranging from the silex dominated soils of Piniere to the clay-limestone mix of Barroux. Indigenous yeast fermenation with18 month of elevage and low sulphur. Classic southern sun-soaked French deliciousness at an absurdly low price.
