After working with his brother Emmanuel Houillon and Pierre Overnoy in the Jura, Aurandeacute;lien Houillon and his wife Charlotteandnbsp;started their own project in the Vaucluse in 2017. Here they take a similar natural approach to winemaking with their 9 hectares of vines they farm biodynamically.
