Vin Jaune is a traditional wine of the Jura, where a veil of yeast is allowed to cover the wine in barrels that are not topped off. Only the indigenous Savagnin variety is used in production, and the wines must be aged for a minimum of six years and 3 months in barrel. La Vasandeacute;e, from 50+ year old vines, andnbsp;shows a distinctive briny, nutty character with exceptional length, elegance and lift.
