Yellow apple nose, crisp, with sharp grassy notes, apricot, white flower, walnut and a prominent minerality and a slight creamy undertone. Gold-Yellow color, though not amber, with hints of green towards the edges. Sharp acidity and minerality on the palate, dry, with prominent apricots, Meyer lemon, slight vegetal notes, with a lingering, nutty finish.
