Division Winemaking Company Division Villages Béton Oregon Red Blend 2019

$23.99

Inspired by the red blends of Loireand#39;s Touraine region, the Bandeacute;ton cuvandeacute;eandnbsp;is 55% Cabernet Franc, 16% Gamay, 13% Pinot Noir, 11% Candocirc;t andandnbsp;5% Syrah sourced from organically farmed vineyards in the Applegate AVA in southern Oregon. Here there is granitic bedrock, and the climate is warmer and drier than vineyards to the North. Each grape isandnbsp;fermented individually using native yeasts before being blended and aged in giant concrete tanks. Bandeacute;tonandnbsp;means concrete in French, and the name is an homage to Kate and Tomand#39;s time in France, where easy drinking red Loire blends can be found at every Parisian bistro.andnbsp;Thisandnbsp;wine is layered with red fruits, andnbsp;earth, andandnbsp;spice notesandnbsp;and is a versatile, food-friendly wine.

As others said, I can drink the shit out of this wine. So tasty so easy to drink. It’s something I wish I had a case of to drink any time. Floral a bit salty and good acidity.
