Wow, what a wine. PNP. The 2014 is delicious from the first sip. Unlike other langhe that is too fruity or tannic, this is such a charming wine with finess and transparency.

Definitely on the lighter, elegant side of Nebbiolo. Strawberry and flowers nose with focused cherry and graphite on the palate; edgy with fine-grained tannins.

Nice Burlotto. Smells of green peppers and a bit of cloves. Tastes of fruit jam, tannins are soft and velvety, and has a nice smoky and chalky quality. Surprised such a young wine needs so little time in the bottle and while it can last a few more years in the bottle, now is the right time to drink it. Not bad with a nice thick ragu.

Plum flavours with young fruit tannins makes this easy to drink.

Really liked this. More red fruits and sour cherries compared to the gattinara, clearly reflective of terroir. Delicate for a Langhe, probably because it's verduno!
