Another killer Wednesday Wine Committee lineup. As always, 1 sparkler, 3 whites, 4 reds and 1 dessert wine. All tasted blind. Hard to not guess this as Sauternes! Everything about this was in perfect harmony. In fact, it probably merits a higher score than I gave it. Oozes fresh honey over ripe guava, white peach and orange blossoms. Big and powerful. Honey roasted cashews, honeycomb and graham cracker on the finish. Delightful.
