This really does have some polish on the nose, dark and broody with good intensity of dark fruit akin to a chocolate fruit gateaux. Unfurls slowly with time in the glass showing sweet liquorice, intense violet very fresh but still closed. Shows great promise. Very full. Palate seems quite foresquare, sucked in on the mid palate lots of everything, tight and the quality really only showing at the moment on the length which has beautiful, intense blackcurrant and mint leaf, a very rich style mouton.
