Smoky with black pepper, bloody dark fruit. Iron and some gnarly notes. Quite dense

Well balanced, fresh and elegant upon opening. Hours later some expected mature Bordeaux character comes out. The tannins have certainly softened since having this many years ago. I’d say this is hitting a good drinking window.

Good bordeaux.... earth iron and currants. Tannins starting to integrate .. good acidity. Smooth... nose still alive after three days ... palate a bit off.. bitter...

Cherry, manure, orange blossom, mushroom, graphite, leather, olive on the finish. Balanced but not exciting. Fading quickly

Amazing Pauillac Bordeaux from an amazing year! Beautiful fruit, cherry, Camembert on the front, leather and new tobacco in the mid and finishes strong with cassis and candied fruit. Says it’s past its prime, but I have to disagree - no brown edge / oxidation and still holds like a good aged Bordeaux should!
