This wine is 100% Pinot Noir from C-Tand#39;s 50+ year old vines in the single parcel of Orizeaux. The wine is fermented in older barrels and bottled with very low dosage. Itand#39;s quite a powerful specimen but given great definition by some serious minerality.andnbsp;
