Chantereves is an exciting micro-negociant run by Guillaume Bott, who runs the cellar at our beloved Domaine Simon Bize in Savigny, and his wife,Tomoko Kuriyama, a talented winemaker in her own right who honed her craft in the Rheingau. This is crystallineandnbsp;pure Chardonnay from fruit sourced around the village of Maranges.
