Disgorged April 2014. Wonderful. Meaty. Savory. Fresh. Minerals. Yet delicate.

Great precision and energy. Crystalline, pure. Lovely now but give it a few years before opening next. I think this could develop into something special with time.

Showing much better than the last bottle. Laser focus, edgy, and chiseled. Salt, white flowers, white strawberry and peach on the nose. Palate is salty and pithy, crushed rocks and chalk with vibrant orchard fruit character. Some salty prosciutto in there. Incredible balance considering it's single varietal, vineyard, harvest Champagne with full native ferment, no dosage, and no wood. 100% PN, April 2016 disgorgement.

2007 Blanc de Noir. A mouthful of Champagne! Ripe, layered and persistent, this essentially dry wine shows what harvesting just a little later can do. I continue to be a fan!
