2006. So tightly wound upon opening. Aerated and let sit for 1+ hour. Earthy, black cherry, leathery, a little smoke, bright, Sticky tannins, a little funk on finish. Wish I had another bottle that I could let sit longer but so yummy we finished it

Fig, butterscotch, banana, cognac & alcohol dominate the nose. This wine is a monster. So intense and vibrant. Like it could not wait to be freed from the bottle. Nice tannins and acid. Flavors of biscuit, rhubarb & ripened light fruit. This wine makes you happy to love wine. Very fortunate to come across this bottle. 2006 vintage
