Superb with duck. Fruity and dry, elegant and well harmonized.

Good value, entry level Priorat for everyday drinking. Nose has lots of pure black raspberry and cassis fruit, along with low-toned crushed rock. Mouthfilling and structured, with good concentration. Lots of soft tannin. Full bodied of course (what Priorat isn't?). Pretty good acids make it fresh. Not complex but a nice weekday dinner wine.

A steal at $18 - smooth finish and perfect Sunday night wine.

Lots of tannin without overwhelming. Fruity and friendly (maybe blackberry), no licorice qualities that I can taste.
